Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but no exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned product(s) clear our inspection.
We will provide a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in its original package with unbroken seal and must be accompanied by its original receipt. We do not accept returns on promotional, discounted, or sale items. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. All international orders are final and returns will not be accepted.
If a wrong item was sent to you due to our mistake, we will pay for the return shipping of the wrong item, refund any shipping costs you may have paid for the wrong item and ship out the correct item with free shipping.

For all returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line “RETURN” for information on returns. Only the items specified in the original return request and confirmed by us will be considered for a refund.
Upon receipt and passing inspection of the returned item(s), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
